Services are available to individuals and businesses legally eligible to enter contracts in jurisdictions we serve. Using evoviairo means you represent that you meet any required legal capacity and authority for your entity.

Users must be at least 18 years old to register for or use paid services. Minors are not permitted to open accounts or engage directly.

You must use services lawfully and not for illegal or fraudulent activities, including misrepresenting property ownership or facilitating unlawful transfers.

Certain services or features may be restricted based on local laws or professional licensing requirements in Thailand and other jurisdictions.

Account and Registration

To access some features you may need to register an account and provide accurate information. Keep your account details up to date to ensure effective service delivery.

You are responsible for maintaining accurate registration information. evoviairo is not responsible for consequences arising from incorrect or outdated information provided by you.

Protect your account credentials. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. We will take reasonable steps to secure the account but cannot be held liable for user negligence.

Accounts are personal and non-transferable without our prior written consent. Business accounts may require proof of authorization for certain actions.

If your account is compromised, contact support immediately at [email protected] and call the emergency line. We will assist with containment and guidance on next steps.

We may suspend or restrict accounts that violate these Terms, applicable law, or present security risks. Suspension may be temporary while we contribute issues.

Scope of Services

evoviairo provides legal consultation, document drafting, contract review, compliance checks, and dispute support tailored for real estate professionals in Thailand. Services are advisory and based on information you supply.

We may modify or discontinue features of our services at any time. Substantive changes will be communicated to affected clients and options provided for ongoing engagements.

We strive for reliable service but availability may vary due to maintenance, legal requirements, or unforeseen events. Scheduled maintenance will be announced when possible.

User Conduct Rules

To maintain a professional and lawful environment, users must follow these rules when interacting with evoviairo services and other users.

• Provide truthful and accurate information in all interactions and documents.
• Do not use services to engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful property transactions.
• Respect confidentiality obligations and do not disclose protected third-party data without authorization.
• Use communications professionally and refrain from abusive, harassing, or discriminatory behavior.
• Comply with licensing requirements if you provide paid referrals or represent clients in matters requiring licensure.
• Do not attempt to reverse-engineer or bypass security measures of our systems.
• Report any suspected misuse, security issues, or violations promptly to evoviairo support.

User Content

You may submit documents, messages, and other content for review and storage. By submitting content you represent you have the rights to share it and that it does not violate third-party rights.

You retain ownership of your submitted content. evoviairo may store and use content as necessary to provide services and comply with legal obligations.

By submitting content you grant evoviairo a non-exclusive, revocable license to process, store, and use the content solely for delivering requested services and improving our offerings.

You are responsible for accuracy and legality of materials you submit. evoviairo is not liable for disputes arising from invalid or fraudulent documentation provided by users.

Requests to remove content will be considered in line with contractual obligations, legal retention requirements, and data protection laws.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in evoviairo branding, platform, and proprietary materials remain our property. You agree not to use our marks or content without authorization.

• Do not copy or reproduce evoviairo proprietary content for unauthorized commercial use.
• Respect third-party copyrights and only upload documents you are authorized to share.
• Do not remove or alter copyright, activity, or proprietary notices on materials.

Paid Services

Paid services include bespoke contract drafting, priority consultations, regulatory compliance packages, and ongoing legal support subscriptions designed for real estate professionals.

Pricing for paid services is listed on the evoviairo site and may vary by scope. Quotes provided in writing reflect the scope and applicable fees for the specified period.

Payments are accepted by the methods displayed during checkout. Services commence after receipt of cleared payment unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Subscription services renew according to the selected billing cycle. You may cancel subscriptions as specified in the cancellation policy and will remain responsible for fees incurred up to termination.

Refunds are assessed case by case. Where a refund is appropriate, we will process it according to our refund procedures and applicable law.

Clients may cancel services per the terms in their engagement agreement. Certain deliverables that have been completed may not be refundable.

Clients are responsible for any taxes or duties applicable to services purchased, unless stated otherwise.

We may revise pricing with notice. Existing paid engagements will be honored under the agreed rates unless an amendment is mutually accepted.

Failure to pay may result in suspension of services and pursuit of outstanding fees. We will provide notice before service interruption when feasible.

Disclaimer

All legal services are provided for informational and advisory purposes based on the facts you provide. evoviairo does not act as a substitute for in-person legal counsel where specialized local representation is required. Outcomes depend on specific circumstances and applicable law.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, evoviairo's liability for direct damages arising from our services is limited to fees paid for the specific engagement. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, except as required by law.

Third-Party Services

We may integrate tools or refer third-party providers for certain services. evoviairo is not responsible for third-party performance, and you should review their terms and privacy practices before engagement.

Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement as specified in the engagement agreement. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or legal reasons.

On termination, outstanding fees remain due and we may retain records as required by law. We will provide reasonable assistance for transfer of active matters when appropriate.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data in connection with evoviairo services. By using our services you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.

Communications

By providing contact details you consent to receive communications related to service delivery, billing, and important updates. Marketing communications are subject to your consent and opt-out preferences.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Significant changes will be communicated to affected clients and posted on evoviairo.club with an updated effective date.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Parties consent to the jurisdiction of competent courts in Thailand for disputes that cannot be resolved through negotiation or alternative dispute resolution.

Dispute Resolution

We encourage informal resolution of disputes. If unresolved, parties may pursue mediation or other alternative dispute resolution before initiating court proceedings, subject to applicable law.
